it was the day of 21-03-2017 i show 2 people selling du sim on the street of bur dubai saying free sim-free sim i just know that du is the one of the biggest legal company so they will not lie to us than i ask them about the skim of this sim the 1 of selling person name was (ali) he explained me that free sim is first 300 min also free than you can pay as you go wondered but some time du have a big offer so thought may be that of one of them I can not think they can cheat like that so I took it after some time I had a call saying that you have to pay your bill 82 AED I got confused than I visited du service center which they explained me in a different way that this is the post paid plan witch has to pay monthly if not you can cancel but the charges will be 300 AED I was shocked I realize that this is not a normal sim, that the guys didn't even explained me about it short way, I didn't needed this kind of expensive business sim I have been using already a normal sim So I complained that I haven't been explained about it before so they has told me to wait for a respond of company because it's a third party witch is you I have been waiting finally I had a call from someone called (Zaberiya) she started to explained me about the situation witch I didn't expected that this conversation ...first of all go pay your bill from UAE exchange I sad what about my complained she sad first pay your bill than go and disconnect your line from du service center I sad ok but they will charge me 300 AED witch I don't want to pay she told me that if you will pay now 300 other wise monthly after 6 months you have to pay 900 what is your profit any way you have to pay when you living country instead of my solution i feel someone forcing me to pay than I told her I will pay but first I will ask suggestion from Dubai police may be they will help me out if they will ask me to pay i will pay she sad it's ok you can go and complained I was very disappointed I didn't expected this situation in Dubai and defiantly not from this kind of big legal company Please try to respond and help me out as soon as possible ....
